Kappa Xi

Congratulations to the Kappa Xi Little League Basketball Team for a successful season. Tre McQueen coached the team to a record of 13-5, finishing in the top 4 teams in Raleigh. We are very proud of the kids for this achievement this season.

Tre often couples his love for the game of basketball into serving the community. In addition to being the main coach for the Kappa Xi Lakers, he was the driving force behind our “Hoopin’ for Hunger” basketball tournament last November in which we raised a great deal of food for families in need for the holiday season.

Collaborating with Women Empowering Society Together (WEST), we had a program called “A Komfortable Touch” which was a discussion about stress and relaxation facilitated by Chris Gaddy and Jessica Brown, accompanied with a small massage demonstration by a massage therapist from NC State Campus Recreation.
